This plan level is designed to provide faster response time and solutions for a majority of issues with many more additional support features.
Response time via Phone and Email Support Offered in the Basic Plan but with a 4-6 hour response time in addition to extended hours on business-days (Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, excluding weekends and all holidays).
Power Reboot Offered in the Basic Plan but clients signing up for the Essential Plan receive free installation and configuration of the equipment for this feature.
Many problems with your system can be resolved by our technicians rebooting your equipment remotely, or by creating custom auto-reboot schedules where a device will simply reboot on its own at a given time when you are not using it, thus minimizing the need for costly service calls. *Specialized equipment is required.
Product Warranty Offered in the Basic Plan but clients signing up for the Essential Plan have shipping and handling fees waived.
If your system includes select equipment under the original manufacturer's warranty, Bauer Audio will take the necessary steps to work with the manufacturer to either replace or repair the equipment. These warranties do not cover costs of site visits for the removal, re-installation, firmware updates, loaner items, shipping and handling fees for any defective components.
Client Access At this level, help is at your fingertips. We will provide you with the ability to reboot certain equipment, without needing to reach behind an equipment rack, or cabinet for an immediate solution. You will have access to your system via your mobile device and depending on your system configuration, you can control your audio, video, lighting, shades, climate and more. Custom programming by Bauer Audio may be required to enable some of the options mentioned above. *Specialized equipment is required.
Remote System Monitoring We will respond to alerts from your system and correct the situation where possible and proactively notify you if this remains unresolved. *Specialized equipment is required.
In-Home Service If a problem escalates beyond what we can correct remotely, this plan covers up to 4 hours of Bauer Audio site visits per year (including travel time). Additional hours will be billed at current rates.
Discounted Upgrades As technology changes, equipment could become outdated. The Essential Plan offers a discount of up to 3% on select equipment. Not including installation and configuration.
Tech Support As a technology adviser, we can be a resource to help you make the most of your equipment, or troubleshoot problems with personal computers, mobile devices and more. One hour of Bauer Audio consultation fee per year is waived.
*The purchase and installation of specialized equipment from Bauer Audio is required in order to make use of certain options outlined. Bauer Audio will provide a free assessment to determine if your system has the necessary infrastructure and equipment to enable these features, if so, nothing more is required. If not, Bauer Audio can provide a quote for the equipment and installation costs. Pricing will vary based on your system configuration.
